The exhibition space includes one 2ft by 6ft table and two chairs. Exhibitor space is approximately 6ft by 8ft. Exhibitors should provide tablecloths or table skirts for their tables. If you need help getting customized accessories like a backdrop, table skirt, table cover, etc., for your exhibition space, we are happy to provide recommendations. As part of your table setup, we also recommend bringing pop-up business banners that display the service/product you provide. Flyers and business cards are also great information sources to share with the community.
If you plan to make sales, we strongly encourage you to take payment electronically via POS or Interac e-transfer. We do not encourage cash sales due to theft and other security issues. Please ensure you have the required license and permit to sell your products.
