POSITION SUMMARY:Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pmThe Gun Cage Outfitter will perform duties that will include daily involvement in Gun Cage activities. The outfitter will perform various duties, based upon the Distribution Center needs. The outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Generates appropriate paperwork regarding ATF policies and Federal firearms regulations.Tracks shipments of firearms and inventory for Gun Cage. Must be willing to learn processes for receiving, put-a-way, replenishment, SKU profiling, retail fulfillment and returns processing.Carries out special projects as needed and perform various duties as assigned.Meets Production standards and accuracy as they are especially important aspects of the position that are closely monitored.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum age requirement: 21KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Attention to detailKnowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.Ability to communicate with coworkers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.Ability to effectively function as a team player.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:N/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regularly performs computer work, walks, and standsMust be able to lift 50lbs, occasionallyINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
