We are a reputable boutique Immigration Law Firm located in New Jersey and we're seeking an EXPERIENCED Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. If you’re passionate about immigration law and eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! (This is a 100% REMOTE role - but you must attend court appearances "in person" when requested by the Court).

MUST HAVE AT LEAST FOUR (4) YEARS OF IMMIGRATION LAW EXPERIENCE.

MUST BE LICENSED IN ANY U.S. STATE.

Position Details:

• Experience: At least 4 years of Immigration Law experience
• License: Must be currently licensed to practice law in any U.S. State

Qualifications: Must have experience in 1 or more of the following areas of immigration law:

• VAWA
• SIJS
• Green Card / Naturalization
• Waivers
• Visas
• General Family Immigration matters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary : $110,000 to $130,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Benefits: Health insurance, dental and vision
• PTO
