The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering new hire orientation and people manager development programs. We are seeking a candidate with a passion for employee development while also balancing learning design that will help us scale for the future. Ideal candidates will excel at both training design and facilitation and have a proven track record building collaborative relationships in complex environments.

SALARY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
