We are a small, well-established law firm known for our professionalism, client dedication, and supportive culture and we are looking for an experienced full-time Legal Secretary to become an integral part of our close-knit team.

Primary Responsibilities :
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
• File legal documents with courts
• Schedule court events
• Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and trial materials
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel by phone, email, and letter
• Transcribe dictation and compose documents with minimal supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all work
• Perform general administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, copying, notarize documents, and handling mail
✅ Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in family law and/or criminal law
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court filing requirements
• Proficiency in the Florida Eportal, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
• Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
