About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development to lead the identification, sourcing, structuring, and execution of M&A deals, joint ventures, and other strategic investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with business units to map strategic opportunities for inorganic growth, assessing acquisition candidates, and leading financial modeling and business valuations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a corporate finance skill set, capable of applying strategic and financial analysis to investment ideas, and with a proven track record in deal negotiation and structuring. The Vice President will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with various financial and consulting entities to ensure a robust M&A pipeline. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance, and at least 10 years of deep M&A experience in a corporate development, investment banking, or private equity environment. A principal mindset, strong influencing and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The role demands a senior executive presence, exemplary communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrix environment. An MBA or other post-graduate degree, experience in FinTech, data & analytics, AI, and a background in domestic and international M&A strategy and execution are considered advantageous.
